Terms of services
- Order processing: Please note that it may take 3-5 days for us to process orders. We want to make sure everything is perfect for you!
- Out of stock: Occasionally, some products may be temporarily out of stock due to the candles requiring 2 weeks to set. But don't worry, well do our best to restock them as soon as possible!
- Refunds: We understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase. However, if you have already burned the candle, we won't be able to accept a refund for safety reasons. If you buy a candle and it doesn’t vibe with your palette, no worries! You can return it for a full refund, provided the candle is still intact. We’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase!
